Hi, I’m Brandon.

Thank you for visiting my website! I know how hard it can be to trust someone to help navigate life challenges and achieve the life of your dreams. So, allow me to share some background with you on this page to help you decide if I could be a good fit for you.

Background

I founded Life Focus Coaching after spending two decades in various corporate roles where my focus was helping teams plan, execute, and maintain big changes. Enterprise program development. Merger integrations. Client-facing system conversions. Geographic expansions. Team buildouts. Etcetera.

No matter the role I was in or the projects I contributed to, my goal was always the same. To serve as a trusted advisor. Making sure that others had access to the information necessary to make the best decision possible and achieve the desired outcome.

Here is a summary of the key strengths colleagues and leaders consistently recognize in me.

  • Strategic visionary. I have an ability to toggle my focus so that I can zoom out and see opportunities or threats, while also zooming in to identify the root of an issue.

  • Dot connector. I like solving problems. And I have a highly intuitive sense that allows me to pick up on details others miss. I’ve learned to trust my intuition over the years as one of my superpowers.

  • Communicator. Effective communication is one of the most essential teaching tools we have. I enjoy being able to translate strategies and visions into actionable terms. And have utilized storytelling, analogies, and metaphors to illustrate and relate teachings to others.

  • Empath. I’m a highly sensitive person. While this comes with some drawbacks, I’ve learned to harness this strength for good. It helps me not only actively listen, but to sense what you may be feeling even if you can’t find the words to share it. It’s also the #1 leadership trait that teams valued in me over the years. I could be counted on for gauging and considering the impact to people with any changes that were planned.

Regarding mindset, I’m an idea generator that picked up a healthy dose of professional skepticism over the years to balance things out. And I’m eternally optimistic. I’m passionate about building your confidence while also making sure we have a realistic plan to help you achieve your goals.

What sets me apart from other coaches?

Every coach is different, and every client’s situation is unique. So rather than comparing myself to other coaches, I’ll point out what I see as the three most fundamental aspects to my value proposition.

  1. Results driven. I’ve been trusted to lead highly complex projects, some with budgets in the $20-$30 million range. That trust was earned in part because of my authentic leadership style, but also through consistently delivering results. You can expect no less when we work together. I’m not thinking about the number of sessions we schedule. I’m laser-focused on helping you achieve the life of your dreams.

  2. Adaptable. I’m not afraid to change the hat I wear as we work together. There’s a time and place to serve as a coach, mentor, or advisor. I meet you where you’re at and how you need me to.

  3. Relatable. I have more than enough firsthand experience navigating big issues in life. And I’m not afraid to open up and help others in a very vulnerable and authentic way. I can and will bring empathy, relevance, and creativity to the table in our work together.

I may not be the coach you’re looking for if you’re looking for someone who looks like they have their stuff together. What I am is an entrepreneur battling my perfectionism. A visual thinker and intuitive feeler that worries about supporting my positions with loads of logic. I’m acutely aware of my strengths and ability to move mountains if it weren’t for the imposter syndrome that still limits me today. But I’m a life learner. A tinkerer. Someone who always finds a way forward and is dedicated to making a big impact in people’s lives during my time on this planet. Everything in my life has happened for a reason, which brought me here to you today.

Hopefully you have a decent feel for who I am and how I operate. I’d enjoy an opportunity to connect with you and learn more about what you’re working on.
