To commemorate our grand opening on Leap Day we’re offering a 29% discount on any services booked and pre-paid by 3/31/2024.
We have plans to show our appreciation to those that refer new potential clients to us. A loyalty and referral program* will be launched by May 2024, so stay tuned!
*Please don’t hold a referral in the meantime. We can grandfather you into the loyalty program when it launches and appreciate you supporting our business!

Many life coaches offer programs in 3, 6, or 12-month intervals. These can be very expensive and feel like a one-size-fits-most approach.
We prefer a more dynamic solution with our Custom Coaching Intensives that are tailored to your needs. Read more about this service in our Services section.

The website will have secure checkout in the near future. Until then we accept payments with Venmo and PayPal business profiles.
Also, PayPal offers a convenient flexible payment option where a purchase can be split into 4 payments over 6 weeks. As of 2/29/2024 there are no fees or interest with this option (make sure to confirm with PayPal’s terms and conditions if you wish to pursue).

Insurance is not accepted at this time, given that most insurance providers do not have billing codes to cover coaching services.
Feel free to provide feedback to your insurance provider and/or company benefit administrator to support the growing demand for coaching as a key component of mental health and overall well-being.

Yes, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used to reimburse coaching services if the services are provided for the treatment or prevention of a disease.
In July 2023, the IRS shared with the National Board of Certified Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) that this is permitted to cover out-of-pocket costs of health and wellness coaching services. We advise you to consult with your primary care physician, psychiatrist, or other prescriber to determine whether the scope of your work with us will align to their recommended treatment plans.
NOTE: Payment card processors typically block HSA and FSA card transactions with non-medical providers (which we are not). We encourage you to use a different form of payment at the point of sale and seek reimbursement with your HSA or FSA administrative portal.
